As the summer vacation approaches, we’d like to share a few updates, tips, and news from Optema and our partners.

How to keep invoice processing running smoothly during the summer

Vacation time is meant for rest and relaxation. You shouldn’t have to worry about invoices slipping through the cracks, approval workflows getting stuck, or supplier payments being delayed.

Here are a few tips on how Rillion helps you ensure secure and reliable invoice processing all summer long:

• Take the opportunity to automate as much as possible before the summer! Get started with e-invoicing for all suppliers who are ready, and review which contracts can be automatically matched.
• Use the “Temporary Users” feature to delegate a role or inbox to a substitute for a set period of time.
• Automate the processing of recurring invoices using Rillion’s contract matching module.
• If you still need to review and approve invoices during your vacation, use Rillion’s mobile version — quick and easy.
