Balco has signed an agreement with Optema for ongoing support and proactive management of its iScala ERP system. Through Optema’s Availability Agreement, the company gains access to the specialist expertise and extensive experience of Optema’s iScala consulting team.

The system’s project module enables the company to bring together all project-related information, costs and transactions in one place, ensuring accurate reporting, follow-up and invoicing throughout the project lifecycle.
