Yaskawa Nordic chooses Optema for iScala support
Yaskawa Nordic has signed an agreement with Optema for support and management of its iScala ERP system.
Optema is pleased to welcome another new customer. Yaskawa Nordic has signed Optema’s Availability Agreement, giving the company access to ongoing support and proactive management of its iScala ERP system.
iScala has a central role in Yaskawa Nordic’s IT infrastructure. The company uses almost all modules within the ERP system to manage workflows and reporting related to projects, production, service operations and contracts. Through the agreement, Yaskawa Nordic gains access to Optema’s experienced consultants with extensive knowledge of iScala and long-standing expertise in supporting business-critical processes.
